At Particula, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if a piece doesn't fit your style, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
